When I was eight, after watching Top Gun, I decided I wanted to become a Fighter Pilot.
After completing my pilot training in Laughlin AFB, Texas, and returning to Portugal, I faced low flying time as an Instructor.
Instead of complaining about my career, I took a Master’s in HR to improve my career and others'.
I was then finally able to fly the F-16 for the first time. It was insane. But I had developed other skills and interests in the meantime.
A few short weeks after my first flight, I got married and started the biggest adventure of my life. Shortly after we had our first daughter, followed by two boys in the next two years.
