Jetivize System

Introducing the new “Jetivize System” an improved way of generating more revenue and profits

December 05, 20247 min read

Two years ago when I decided to start my own business, I had no idea what I was getting into.

I started my business a few weeks after moving into a new home, a few months after changing cities, and with 4 kids, all under 6, with one 6 month baby.

This is as chaotic as it can be.

I wouldn’t not change my decision, but I wish I had access to the Jetivize System which took two years to develop, on top of 13 years as a military pilot, people manager, systems implementer and problem solver.

And how I realized this is not just for startups, when working in a turn around…

This is not theory, this system was developed while working on my own business.

To become a Big Shark, you need to master income and profit generation, and the Jetivize System will help you do that.

With decades of experience as a pilot, project manager, and team leader in the Portuguese Air Force, I knew that I could use my systematizing and managing change skills to generate money “from thin air”.

After all, the main job of a fighter pilot is to be a problem solver.

I had been doing that day in and day out for 19 years in the Air Force: solve problems.

Some of them had very tight time windows in order to be successful.

I knew I had to nail the basics if I wanted to beat the statistics, where 90% of startups fail within 10 years.

And that’s what I’ve been doing.

When I started pursuing a business, I tried to leverage my HR and mentoring experience in the Air Force to become a life/career coach. I loathed it.

I have nothing against coaches or mentors; I think they are incredibly necessary; I just didn't want to become one.

It wasn’t a waste. But I didn’t love it.

But that’s how I got introduced to Digital Marketing

I learned about Social Media growth, blogs, and websites.

And it was always a means to an end, as I wanted to help turnaround companies.

I then found myself a company to help turn around.

It was probably one of the hardest things I’ve done so far.

Dealing daily with a business owner who has his life and business hanging in a thread is not easy.

  • The desperation

  • The lack of cashflow

  • The delayed salaries

  • The continuous decisions on what to pay or not

Most importantly, I saw firsthand what the inability to generate positive and timely cashflow can do to a business.

Without profitable sales there is no business

Working with this client, I was painfully reminded that sales are not enough, you need to dig deeper, to solve deeper problems.

And trust me, this is not something you want to fix when the ship is going down.

It really hurts to feel powerless as you see a business, with 20+ families depending on it, going down.

Right then and there I decided I to help companies before they reach to the point of no return. Because once they reach it, you must be brutal to fix it.

There’s more, the people who create the problem, won’t likely be able to solve it.

On top of that, turning around a company that can’t generate leads and sales is nearly impossible.

You can fix poor management, bad financial decisions, fairly quickly, though painfully.

Lack of sales is not something you typically can fix in a couple of months.

And that’s why, if nothing else, you need to be able to generate clients at will while you’re ahead!

Because, my friend, this takes time.

What does the Jetivize System has to do with sales and profits?

A system because it is a repeatable process where you have a know relation between inputs and outputs.

Lead Generation System: if you do this many actions then you generate that amount of leads.

Lead Conversion System: if you get that many leads then you convert that predictable percentage into new clients.

“Oh but I have clients from referrals.” Great!

Is it predictable? Absolutely freaking not!

It’s just easier to convert. If you like average, you can continue to depend on referrals.

I don’t like average. I’ve always worked with outstanding and I want to keep it that way.

To be outstanding in business you need to be able to generate you own leads (nothing wrong with also having referrals).

What happens when you implement the “Jetivize System”?

You could have results in 3 months , but you should be ready to endure a 12-month process.

Whoever is selling you quick fixes, is probably lying.

It takes time because you can’t use a cookie cutter approach, the results always depend on your speed of implementation and correction.

To generate leads at will with the “Jetivize System” here’s what you need to do

  1. Know your client (identify it personally, and pinpoint their pains and desires) – market research

  2. Have a profitable way of solving your client’s problem(s) – offer

  3. Reach out to your ideal client through several channels – message

Unless you have a unique and extremely hungry market or you have an offer that’s straight-out printing money to your clients with a ton o social proof. Then you might be okay without crafting a compelling message.

But….

If you were that person you wouldn’t be reading this, would you?

Anyway…

The first couple of steps, once you nail them, don’t need to be constantly revisited.

The third step needs constant adaptation and improvement for you to keep your business alive and thriving

To be clear, this system was crafted for offers which are sold above $3k, but ideally over $10k.

This is how we approach it with the “Jetivize System”

  1. Establish an only presence in several social media platforms, with a consistent message.

  2. Cold email leads are the cheapest to acquire, and work great on b2b lead generation.

  3. Leverage AI smartly.

    1. Instead of generating content with AI, use AI to identify your best human-generated content.

    2. The goal of social media is to test your sales content for free.

    3. While building human relationships

  4. Learn to identify signals, instead of buyers.

    1. It’s best to identify someone who is hungry than someone who is looking for a restaurant.

    2. The latter is easier, that’s why competition becomes asymmetrical.

  5. Use paid advertising to get your best content in front of your audience, this fosters relationships.

    1. The relationship business beats transactional business every day of the week.

  6. Your riches are in your email list;

    1. Email them regularly and pitch different offers from time to time.

    2. You need to constantly analyze and repurpose approaches that work.

  7. Avoid selling to cold leads, that’s like proposing before dating.

  8. Develop both front-end and back-end offers,

    1. which can be to the same problem or to similar/related problems.

    2. Sometimes it’s not that the client is not qualified, it’s that you don’t have a solution for his budget.

    3. This can be a problem, but not always.

  9. Extreme ownership for the leads you generate.

    1. If someone shares their email with you, they have a problem that needs solving.

    2. It’s your responsibility to solve that person’s problem with your offer, or help them identify you don’t solve their problem.

    3. Make it your life mission to get either a "yes" or a "no".

The tools you need to implement the “Jetivize System” yourself

  • Cold email management system (b2b only)

  • As a minimum: IG, Facebook and Youtube accounts (add LinkedIn if selling b2b or 𝕏 if your offer is about writing)

  • Paid traffic: google and/or meta, depending on your offer. Be ready to scale aggressively

  • Sales page aka landing page: to get emails, appointments and sales.

  • CRM: to manage your leads and email campaign.

  • Email marketing tool (if your CRM doesn’t do it)

We integrate all these tools into our CRM, which is great! You can learn more about it here
